Roxáni Roushas

Roxáni Roushas is a highly educated professional with a diverse background in international organizations and academia.

She holds a Master's degree from the University of Oxford and completed an Erasmus exchange program at Uppsala University during her academic pursuits, in addition to a BA Honours degree from the University of Essex.

Roxáni has an extensive career in various capacities at renowned organizations. She served as a Programme Analyst at the UNDP Somalia focusing on youth and innovation. Prior to this, she was a Programme Analyst for the Regional Innovation Team for Arab States at UNDP.

Her experience also includes roles at influential institutions such as the European Commission and the International Labour Organization (ILO). Roxáni worked as an Attaché at the EU Delegation to the African Union and held positions as an External Collaborator, Junior Technical Officer focusing on labor migration and informal economy, Labour Migration Consultant, and Global Policy Intern specializing in labor migration at the ILO.

Additionally, she has contributed her expertise as a Consultant at the International Training Centre of the ILO and the Diplomacy Training Program at the University of New South Wales.
