Rowan Hill

Rowan Hill is a professional with a diverse background in education and nonprofit management.

Rowan has a strong educational foundation, having studied at Vassar College and earned a Bachelors in Earth Science and Geology from Colorado College.

With a passion for helping others, Rowan has held various roles at Sandstone Care, including Empowerment and Alumni Manager, Alumni and Operations Coordinator, Business Development Coordinator, and currently serves as the Empowerment Director.

Prior to their work at Sandstone Care, Rowan gained valuable experience in the education sector as a Long Term Substitute Teacher at Denver Public Schools, a Special Education Paraprofessional at Durango School District 9-R, and a Summer Camp Counselor at Luethi-Peterson Camps Inc.

Rowan also has experience in outdoor education, having worked as a Senior Field Guide at Open Sky Wilderness Therapy and as a Ski and Snowboard Instructor at Ski School Meiringen-Hasliberg.

Furthermore, Rowan has been involved in community service, having served as a Lawn Care Organizer and Volunteer at Turtle Lake Refuge.

With a well-rounded background in education, nonprofit management, outdoor education, and community service, Rowan Hill brings a unique perspective and a wealth of experience to their work.
