Rowan D'Arcy

Rowan D'Arcy is the Regional Studio Director (MENA) for ASPECT Studios, a Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute (CMLI), and an experienced landscape architect and urban designer with over thirteen years of experience. Throughout his career, he has collaborated with teams determined to improve human well-being and ecological diversity by creating sensitively crafted, sustainable designs that consider clients' requirements, cultural context, environmental suitability, and user needs. Rowan's extensive professional background includes designing public realm projects for world-renowned institutions such as Masdar City and leading the landscape architectural design for the avenue to the celebrated Louvre Abu Dhabi, a project designed by Jean Nouvel. He is a seller/doer with an in-depth understanding of the landscape and urban design industry that supports his strategic approach to developing a successful studio. Rowan also has excellent skills in visioning/messaging, spatial design, place-making, horticulture, sustainability, graphics, project management, public speaking, business development, and client management.
