He founded ABROT Integrated Agribusiness Solutions Limited and currently serves as the Business Promoter, focusing on rice and cassava value chains through an out-grower scheme.
Rotimi has worked with various local and international organizations in Nigeria and sub-Saharan Africa, including serving as the Training and Development Officer for Anglophone West Africa at the African Management Services Company (AMSCO).
He holds a bachelor's degree in Economics and certificates in sustainability leadership and business & entrepreneurship from Rutgers University, USA.
Rotimi is a 2017 Mandela Washington Fellow and is passionate about building human capital through business and entrepreneurship for economic growth and development in Nigeria and Africa, particularly leveraging agriculture.
He is committed to fostering global food security, creating employment, combating poverty, and reducing food wastage through his work.
Rotimi's professional journey has taken him to various countries including Nigeria, Ghana, Namibia, UAE, Malaysia, Singapore, India, Ethiopia, Kenya, the Gambia, Uganda, South Africa, the USA, and the UK.
He serves at board levels in different organizations and utilizes his network to advance his passion for business and entrepreneurship development.
Education wise, he studied at Rutgers University, University of Ado-Ekiti, and completed the Mandela Washington Fellowship among other programs.
