With a Bachelor's degree in East Asian Studies from Tel Aviv University, Rotem has held key roles in various organizations demonstrating exceptional leadership and strategic thinking.

Formerly, Rotem was the Director of Education and Growth at WaveMakers.io, a Transcend Fellow at Transcend Network, and the Ecosystem Engagement Lead at Subsquid.

Additionally, Rotem has served as the Programme and Communications Lead for Developer Relations and Org Strategy Lead at Parity Technologies, and as the Co-Founder & CEO of Clustered.

Rotem's diverse professional background includes roles such as Ambassador at Future Females, Founding Member at Word of Mouth, and Community Manager at Bonial.com.

Furthermore, Rotem has experience in customer solutions at Wix.com and IBM, as well as teaching assistantship at Tel Aviv University.
