Before his time at The Open Center, Ross excelled as the Chief Operating Officer at Global Treehouse, a Tokyo-based startup focusing on meditation, creativity, and collaboration for corporate clients.

Prior to that, he played a pivotal role in expanding business divisions at Delos, a firm dedicated to optimizing built environments for occupant health.

Apart from his professional roles, Ross has been active in advising startups in the wellness and proptech sectors, while contributing to various industry and non-profit boards.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and a Master's in Business Administration with a specialization in Entrepreneurship from Duke University.
