Ross has worked for some of the most renowned organizations, including McKinsey & Company, Vaalbara, The Maker Movement, and Pegasys Stategy and Development.

At McKinsey & Company, Ross served as a Senior Implementation Coach and later as an Engagement Manager. He offered tailor-made solutions to some of the biggest clients, utilizing his vast industry knowledge to drive growth in diverse portfolios. As a Co-Founder of The Maker Movement, Ross worked to optimize the use of the creative process and foster entrepreneurship.
