Ross Dines

Ross Dines is the Music Manager at PizzaExpress, a role he has held since April 2008. In this position, he oversees all music operations for the company, which includes managing bookings for several venues such as the PizzaExpress Jazz Club in Soho, The Pheasantry in Chelsea, and PizzaExpress Live in Holborn. Each year, he coordinates nearly 1,500 ticketed shows across these venues.12

In addition to live music management, Dines is also responsible for creating and managing PX Records, a label dedicated to releasing live albums from both emerging and established artists. This initiative aims to showcase a diverse range of genres, including jazz, soul, and blues, drawing from nearly 50 years of recorded performances.14

Dines began his career in the music industry as a sound engineer and booking agent before transitioning into event management. He holds a BA (Hons) in Creative Music Production from the University of Kent, which he completed in 2005.13
