Ross Chainey

Ross Chainey is a seasoned digital media and communications specialist with a robust 15-year track record in news/feature writing, commissioning, editing, media relations/communications, project management, and digital development.

His academic journey includes studying English Literature & History for his MA Hons at The University of Edinburgh and pursuing Journalism with a PG Dip from the University of Westminster following his education at North Berwick High School.

Ross has held notable positions in renowned organizations including his current role as Content Lead at UpLink within the World Economic Forum. Prior to this, he served as Head of Content at IMD Business School and as Associate Director, Editorial at The Content Engine, Ltd.

His earlier experiences include being a Digital Media Specialist at the World Economic Forum, Deputy Editor at Thomson Reuters for Reuters Digital, and Online Editor at Reuters.co.uk. Additionally, he honed his skills as a Health and Lifestyle Editor at MSN UK and as Deputy Editor at Seven, which was formerly known as Seven Squared.
