Rosie Ginday

Rosie Ginday MBE is a talented Pastry Chef with training to a Michelin star standard, renowned for creating exquisite macaroon gifts for large corporates, including personalized options like Pantone match macaroons and branded gift tags. She is a passionate advocate for social enterprise and entrepreneurship, actively engaging in public speaking to raise awareness and inspire young individuals to venture into the field. Rosie founded Miss Macaroon, a social enterprise that blends her culinary expertise from University College Birmingham and experience in Michelin-starred establishments to offer premium quality products while providing opportunities and confidence-building for young people. Her vision aims to support disadvantaged youth by offering training, employment, and work experience, targeting marginalized groups in Birmingham and the West Midlands, including care leavers, offenders, BME communities, and those not in education, employment, or training. Rosie also holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at Miss Macaroon and has served as a Committee Member at The National Lottery Community Fund.
