Rosie Bernardo

Rosie Bernardo is a loving human being on a mission to create a world of love and service. She is the CEO of MasLove LLC, which offers life-altering experiences of love and service through coaching and experiential learning. With 30 years of experience in various industries, such as hospitality, technology, performing arts, education, and retail, Rosie has gained valuable wisdom and combined it all into her MasLove Experience.

Rosie specializes in creating great workplaces and educating leaders on how to empower and love their staff. She focuses on supporting case managers, nonprofit Executive Directors, and managers at all levels to achieve more with less stress, by becoming more caring to themselves and others. Rosie is a professional transformation coach who loves business and leadership development. One of her greatest passions is working with nonprofit leaders and their teams to create a more peaceful, loving, and open-hearted work environment.

With a background in coaching, psychology, music, and education, Rosie has studied at the Robbins Madanes Coach Institute, Shenandoah University, and Miami Dade College. She has worked as a special education paraeducator, mathematics teacher, instructor for retail/hospitality programs, education and employment director, GED teacher, office manager, independent sales representative, high school coordinator, executive assistant/personal assistant, lead singer, administrative assistant/receptionist, team leader, and substitute teacher.
