Roshan Gupta is a seasoned technology professional with over 11 years of experience in information technology, online marketing, and digital media. His journey in the field started as a desktop engineer, where he climbed the ladder and became a system engineer. Today, he is a Google Certified expert, a one-stop solution for any digital marketing, software or hardware requirements.

As the head of the Digital Media and IT functions at smmart Training & Consultancy Services Pvt Ltd, Roshan was responsible for creating the company's online identity and presence, opening international markets, and contributing towards significant sales growth through the online platform. Alongside that, he specializes in Microsoft systems, e-commerce, online marketing, firewalls, websites, IT infrastructure setup for SMEs, project management, and implementation of applications such as CRM, ERP, HRMS, and more.
