Rose Scpm is a highly accomplished and experienced professional who has gathered expertise across several fields. She is most notable for her project management, leadership, communication, and technology development skills. Rose has studied Electrical Engineering with minors in Math, Computer Engineering, and American History at University of California San Diego, and holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Leadership from Saint Mary's College of California, and an MBA from University of California, Davis - Graduate School of Management.

As a President at STRADA HOA, Rose has honed her management skills to lead large-scale projects. Her passion for humanitarianism is evident through her work as Founder/Director at Project Management Institute Sacramento Valley Chapter Career Development Forum, Vice President Marketing at Project Management Institute Sacramento Valley Chapter Career Development Forum, and Walk to End Alzheimer's Lead Fundraiser for TEAM LOVE at Alzheimer's Association. Rose has also held senior positions in well-known companies such as Intel and Hewlett Packard, where she has contributed her skills in R&D Design Engineering, Product Management, and Program Management.
