    Rosalind Cohen is an experienced diversity and inclusion consultant and organizational design specialist. She has worked with small to mid-sized companies to develop efficient operations that support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Rosalind is recognized for being pragmatic, collaborative, and engaging, with a healthy dose of humor. She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. while balancing motherhood to two teenagers and navigating the COVID-19 pandemic.

    Rosalind's educational background includes a BA in Psychology and an MA in Public and Educational Management from Stony Brook University, as well as a current Ph.D. student in Leadership and Change at Antioch University. She has held leadership positions in multiple organizations, including Director of Talent and Workplace Connectivity at Global Asset Capital, Inc., President and CEO at Rosalind Baruch & Associates, Director of Human Capital at Hall Capital Partners LLC, Managing Director at BSR (Business for Social Responsibility), and Vice President of Business Support Manager at Banc of America Securities.

    Her expertise includes diversity and inclusion, organizational design, human resources, talent management, leadership development, and executive coaching. Rosalind has served on multiple boards, including the Jewish Community Center of San Francisco, Girls on the Run of the Bay Area, and Congregation Sherith Israel. When she is not working, Rosalind enjoys her passions for food, travel, and finding good shows to watch on Netflix.
