Known for his expertise in project management, communications, and driving positive changes in the customer journey, Ros has a proven track record of success.

Currently serving as the Customer Experience Programs Manager at Campaign Monitor, Ros leads a global team focused on enhancing customer retention and growth, achieving consistent year-over-year improvements. He played a key role in launching the Help Center for Campaign Monitor and is actively involved in conducting email marketing workshops and training sessions for customers.

Ros de Vries holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology alongside a Diploma of IT Professional Practice from the University of Technology Sydney. His educational background, combined with his extensive professional experience, has equipped him with a solid foundation to excel in the customer experience domain.
