Rory Cattanach

Rory Cattanach is a partner at Wildeboer Dellelce LLP, specializing in securities, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial law.

He represents a wide range of early stage and mature companies, including those in technology, biotechnology, telecommunications, and traditional sectors.

Rory has extensive experience in public and private financings, secured lending transactions, and has worked with underwriters on equity and debt offerings.

His background includes serving as a director for multiple private, public, and not-for-profit companies.

In addition to his legal practice, Rory is also an adjunct professor at Osgoode Hall Law School, teaching Commercial Law and Securities Law.

Before joining Wildeboer Dellelce LLP, he worked at Stikeman, Elliott in Toronto and previously held an economist position at Dome Petroleum Ltd. in Calgary.

Rory Cattanach holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from York University's Osgoode Hall Law School and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Economics from Queen's University.
