Rory Bakke is a seasoned Sustainability and Change Management consultant with 25 years of experience, specializing in strategizing and co-creating initiatives with leaders across various sectors.

Rory is dedicated to advancing sustainability and planetary restoration, particularly during the current 'climate reset' phase. To enhance his impact, he obtained coaching certification to better assist leaders and organizations in realizing their full potential in caring for the planet and its inhabitants.

As a consultant and trainer, Rory has orchestrated successful stakeholder engagements and interdisciplinary teams, developing policies and programs in environmental sustainability, transparency, community investment, and responsible procurement. He excels in translating ideas into actionable strategies with measurable outcomes and guiding champions in their commitment to a better world.

Rory's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree from UC Santa Barbara, Public Affairs Fellowship from the CORO Foundation, certified programs in leadership and impact assessment, co-active coaching, an Executive Certificate from Presidio Graduate School, M.A. from Claremont Graduate University, and additional certificates from the University of California, Berkeley.
