    Roos Willems is a dedicated professional with a strong communication skill set and an analytical mindset. Eager to learn and result-oriented, she approaches tasks with a positive mindset and a meticulous approach, staying involved throughout.

    Roos pursued her academic interests by completing a Master of Laws (LLM) with a specialization in Child Law and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree, both from Leiden University. She also studied Literature at Lycée François d'Estaing.

    With a passion for advocating for children's rights, Roos has held key roles in various organizations. She currently serves as an Adviseur Centrale autoriteit Internationale Kinderaangelegenheden at the Ministry of Justice and Security. Previously, she worked as a Jurist Kinderrechten & Jeugdrecht at Defence for Children and as an Adviseur Centrale autoriteit Internationale Kinderaangelegenheden at the Ministry of Security and Justice.

    Roos has also gained valuable experience as an International Assistant at Achmea and as a Bijlesdocente (tutor) for French and English at Luzac, showcasing her versatility and dedication to making a positive impact.
