Roos Jansen is a dedicated coach, motivator, and eternal optimist who is passionate about helping individuals advance in their careers.

With a strong educational background, Roos holds a Master of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Bedrijfskunde from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. Additionally, Roos studied International Business Administration & German language at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin.

Roos has held key positions in various prestigious organizations, including serving as the Head of People & Culture at Bitwala and as a Career Director for Germany at 2U. Roos has also contributed to the growth and development of individuals in roles such as Learning & Development freelancer, Senior People Development Manager, and Manager People & Organization at Solarisbank AG.

Prior to these roles, Roos gained valuable experience in different domains, ranging from High Fashion Model Booker at IAmELK to Front Office Executive positions at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. and BMW & MINI. Roos also had the opportunity to engage in Internal HR Affairs at Amsterdam Research Project.
