Coppin has held several key roles in reputable organizations, including People and Culture Manager, Human Resources Manager, and Operations Manager at the Data & Society Research Institute. Prior to this, Coppin served as a Data Manager at the NYC Department of Education, Assistant Operations Manager at Ascend Public Charter Schools, Associate Project Manager at the NYC Department of Education, and Operations Associate at Brooklyn Laboratory Charter School.
