With a track record of successfully closing M&A deals exceeding $50 billion, Ronny has experience in corporate development, investment banking, consulting, and academia, providing him with a well-rounded understanding of the business landscape.

His hands-on leadership experience spans across diverse industries including consumer products, retail, ecommerce, automotive, technology, healthcare, and financial services. Ronny has managed projects and teams in various geographies, showcasing his ability to navigate complex business environments.

Educationally, Ronny holds an MBA from The Wharton School, an MA in International Studies with a Latin America concentration from The Lauder Institute at the University of Pennsylvania, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from the University of Southern California.
