With over 15 years of executive-level leadership, Ronna has served as the Senior Vice President for a global leadership development company, specializing in communication skills, conflict resolution, feedback, coaching, delegation, and accountability. Additionally, she has conducted over 4,000 hours of one-on-one coaching with business owners, leaders, creatives, and entrepreneurs, ranging from startups to Fortune 100 companies.
