Ronen Ghosh

Ronen Ghosh was the Chief Executive Officer of Simble, an Australian cloud software provider. He was first hired by Simble in August 2019 as CFO and was promoted to CEO in November 2019.1 In May 2022, he resigned from his full-time CEO role and transitioned to a part-time CFO position, with plans to relocate to Europe.1

Prior to Simble, Ghosh worked as a director at Alberts Impact Capital, a Sydney-based venture capital and private equity firm, from 2007.1 During his tenure at Simble, he guided the company through a significant strategic transformation, reset its cost and operating model, and positioned the business for a stronger future.1

The company's board promoted non-executive chairman Ben Loiterton to executive chairman following Ghosh's resignation, and they are conducting a detailed review of the company's operations before appointing a new CEO.1
