Rondel Benjamin

Rondel Benjamin is a well-rounded professional with a diverse background. He started his career as Head Instructor at EMC Tactical Training Services, where he gained valuable experience in tactical training. He then proceeded to become the Director at Bois Academy Trinidad & Tobago, a role that enabled him to contribute to the betterment of Trinidadian society by providing education and skills training. Later, he joined Fram Exploration Trinidad Limited as Operations Manager, a position where he honed his managerial skills and further developed his technical expertise. Currently, Rondel is Operations Manager at Fearnley Procter Trinidad & Tobago.

Rondel is an expert in tactical training, operations management, and technical proficiency. His experience in all these areas has helped him develop the skills necessary to manage and lead teams effectively. He is passionate about contributing to society through educational and skills development programming.
