Founder at Wiredcraft
Ronan Berder is the founder of Wiredcraft, a digital product consultancy he started in Shanghai in 2009.14 He grew the company from a small team to over 120 employees, with offices in Shanghai and Singapore.4 Wiredcraft worked with major brands like Apple, lululemon, Nvidia, GM, Starbucks, Hilton, Nike, and Burberry, designing and scaling digital consumer experiences in China.1
Berder led Wiredcraft as CEO from January 2015 to September 2024, during which time he refocused the company on digital consulting services and grew the team to 160+ employees.1 In 2022, he sold Wiredcraft to Publicis.1
Prior to founding Wiredcraft, Berder worked as a Project Manager at NETK5 in Shanghai and as a Software Engineer at PLANET-WORK in Paris.1 He is multilingual, speaking French, English, Chinese, and Spanish fluently.2
As of October 2024, Berder has moved on from Wiredcraft and is now the founder of a new venture called Rotsu, based in Singapore.13 His leadership style has been described as "extreme minimalism," and he is known for his problem-solving approach and hands-on management style.2
