As Director, Strategy & Business Development I oversaw new technologies and developed the process to enable P&L cross-selling at SondaIT.

I collaborated with the partners EMC, Cisco, and IBM to create the infrastructure solution package enabling the upgrade for SAP customers, and provided support to the development of solutions with NAS Storage (EMC/Isilon) for the media industry.

In addition, I developed a packaged infrastructure solution as a "LEGO" architecture to increase value for the Sonda proposition, and demonstrated to customers the advantages of buying Technology-As-a-Service, as opposed to loans or CAPEX in advance.

I provided support to the design and architecture for production, post-production, and distribution over satellite and multiscreen platform, enabling the new business model for enterprise education.

Additionally, I demonstrated best practices regarding Multi Screen and Post-Production for the stakeholders, delivered the end-to-end project and timeline, and enabled the solution as a new business for the investors.

My responsibilities involved the development of improved solutions for the Broadcast and Pay TV market in Brazil and the CALA territory of Brazil.

I collaborated with the Harmonic Team to expand the revenue and market share in both Brazil and CALA, and demonstrated Harmonic products to customers (both market B&C).

In addition, I worked with the Harmonic Sales Team to match products and solutions with customer requirements, and collaborated with Harmonic R&D team to develop new products for the CALA territory. I also formulated a Marketing and Sales plan, for Brazil for 2012 - 2014.

- Distribution and Contribution Network (IP and/or Satellite)
- Digital link to transmit video SD/HD between broadcast and generator
- Researched and identified new opportunities, and developed the project with the Sonda Team

Account Manager - Broadcast (Apr 2011 - Oct 2011)

In this position I oversaw the Digital Video Business Unit, executed marketing strategies, and created new offers with different eco-partners such as Advantech, Cisco, Motorola, Ineoquest, and Nevion.

I delivered turnkey project solutions, including Digital Headend, Teleporto, HFC Network and Broadband Systems, and focused on a target market involving Broadcast, PayTV, IPTV and Content Provider.

Additionally, I created a Digital Video Business Unit that expanded at an average 80% per year from 2007, and positioned Telsinc as the primary Cisco partner for video (ex-Scientific Atlanta) in Brazil.

Other achievements included the launch of a new market for Telsinc, with responsibility for 5% of the revenue, the delivery 14 Digital Headend solutions and close to 500 Km of HFC solutions, and technical accountability for the GVT Teleporto project
