Ronald Taylor

Ronald Taylor, CPA, is currently the Managing Director and Head of Diversity and Inclusion at Mizuho, based in New York.

With a background in accounting and a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Massachusetts, Taylor has a wealth of experience in diversity and inclusion initiatives.

He began his career at KPMG in 1998 and later transitioned to roles such as Diversity Officer at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York and VP Americas Diversity at Deutsche Bank.

Taylor holds a B.S. in Management with a concentration in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts at Boston and has been actively involved in various organizations, including NABA and Genesys Works New York City.
