Ronald Recardo

Ronald Recardo is a management consultant, author, and professor who has worked with over 140 global organizations in a variety of industries, including life sciences/healthcare, manufacturing, professional services, and construction. He brings expertise in mergers and acquisitions, strategy development/execution, performance improvement, and change management/transformation projects. Recardo has worked with the full range of clients, from startups and small caps to mid-cap and Fortune 10 companies. He has authored eight books and over 70 articles on topics such as mergers and acquisitions, change management, organization restructuring, and human resources transformation. Recardo holds a MS in Organization Behavior from the University of Hartford, an MA from the University of Maine, and a BS in Biochemistry from Southern Connecticut State University. He has also completed executive development programs at Harvard University and USC Marshall School of Business. Currently, he is the managing partner of The Catalyst Consulting Group, LLC and is a professor in UCONN's top 20 MBA program.
