Rona Li

Rona Li is the Chief Corporate Development Officer at SCAN Group, where she is responsible for overseeing the growth and scalability of the organization’s portfolio companies. Her role includes identifying opportunities for collaboration within SCAN's diversified assets and fostering partnerships aimed at innovating care and services to address healthcare challenges, particularly for seniors and vulnerable populations.13

Before her tenure at SCAN, Rona was a Managing Director at Redesign Health, where she led initiatives that deployed $56 million to establish and fund 14 new companies. She also played a significant role in shaping the organization’s enterprise sales and partnerships strategy.12 Additionally, Rona has experience as a Venture Architect at BCG Digital Ventures, collaborating with Fortune 500 companies to launch and scale new business ventures across various sectors, including healthcare.14

Rona holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Villanova University and has served on the boards of several organizations, including Iron Health, Pip Care, and Thrivory.1
