He has held several leadership positions in both small and middle-market enterprises throughout his career, where he has demonstrated his expertise in general management, entrepreneurship, business development, sales management, treasury duties, managerial finance, capital markets, and corporate recruitment and development. Ron's extensive experience has provided him with a unique and valuable perspective, enabling him to deliver targeted and results-driven solutions to his clients.

Ron's educational background is equally impressive, having studied Ph.D. Management, Economics, and MBA in General Management from Northcentral University, Western Washington University, and City University of Seattle, respectively. He currently serves as Managing Member of Schutz & Co. LLC, where he focuses on project-oriented assignments with privately-held small and middle-market businesses.
