He obtained an MBA in Strategy and Finance as well as an M.SC in Physiology from McGill University, showcasing his commitment to both business acumen and scientific knowledge.

With an extensive career at Novartis Pharmaceuticals Canada Inc., Ron has held various key positions including Franchise Head in Hematology and Cell & Gene Therapy, Oncology Therapeutic Group Director focusing on Reimbursement, Health Economics, and LOE, Director of Key Account Management, Brand Director for Exelon and Trileptal, and several other roles such as Associate Sales Director, Specialty Sales Representative, Brand Management, Specialist in Drug Regulatory Affairs, and Clinical Research Associate.

His vast experience ranges from sales and marketing to brand management and regulatory affairs, demonstrating a well-rounded expertise in the pharmaceutical sector.
