Ron Malashewski

Ron Malashewski is a prominent figure in the Kenora business community, having served as the Past President of the Kenora and District Chamber of Commerce (KDCC). He was born and raised in Kenora and returned to the area in 2004 after living in various cities including Calgary, Montreal, and Winnipeg. Professional Background

Malashewski is the President of Cliff Lake Entrepreneur Advisors, a firm that provides corporate consulting services and entrepreneurial coaching for startups and early-stage companies across diverse sectors such as natural resources, alternative energy, transportation, logistics, internet infrastructure, and industrial technology. Prior to this, he held senior engineering positions with the City of Calgary Electric System from 1980 to 1992, followed by roles at Richardson Greenshields of Canada and BMO Nesbitt Burns in Calgary. In 1999, he founded Cliff Lake Capital, which later evolved into his current consulting firm.

In addition to his consulting work, Malashewski serves as the Kenora Regional Consultant for the Northern Ontario Angels, which is recognized as a leading angel investment organization in North America.
