Ron Cameron is a versatile individual with a rich and diverse professional background. Initially starting as a professional musician, he transitioned into various roles such as wrecking yard dismantler, tow truck driver, farm helper, journey fiberglass laminator, lead hand for a team of 45 employees, non-registered electrician, plumber, painter, and drywall repairer.
Ron has expertise in managing onsite residential apartment and strata buildings for over two decades. He has owned a small business, worked as an antique picker, and is known for his negotiation skills on sensitive issues. Currently, he is employed at Soccer Quest in Kamloops as a maintenance worker, showcasing his hands-on skills and vast experience.
In addition to his professional endeavors, Ron has a background in music, having played guitar and sung in a House Band at the Totem Inn in Peachland. He also has a passion for old cars and drag racing, previously frequenting Mission Raceway Park. Looking forward to semi-retirement, Ron plans to potentially revive his musical interests and work on classic automobiles. He expresses an interest in starting an 'old boys blues band' post-retirement, highlighting his dedication to music and community engagement.
