Ron Barber is a seasoned professional with over 40 years of experience in real estate, facilities management, operations, project management, and contract negotiations. He has built an extensive repertoire of skills and knowledge over the years, which he leverages to help clients achieve their goals. As a professional realtor, Barber has owned a franchised full-service office in Plano, Texas that included a relocation division. He has also managed offices for various brokers in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area and Tyler/East Texas areas. Barber is currently building a team and welcomes successful agents to join. He boasts a variety of offerings, such as disruptive technology, revenue sharing, team building, over 40 hours of weekly training, a powerful AI CRM and website, among others. Barber has studied life expectations, business and personal management, certificates in the Microsoft Suite of Products, business operations, and completed coursework in real estate at Northlake Community College and Commercial College. Barber has served in a variety of organizations, including the Prince of Peace Catholic Community, Chase Source Real Estate Services' Facilities Management Division, Crothall Facilities Management, and Perot Systems Corporation as a senior procurement specialist/corporate real estate buyer/negotiator/contract management, project manager, facilities manager, and facilities coordinator, respectively.
