Roman Wojdyla is a seasoned finance professional and CEO at Home Credit China. With years of experience in financial leadership positions, Wojdyla has worked on a diverse range of banking and financial services, covering locations such as Spain, Albania, China, Turkey, and the Czech Republic. Wojdyla started his career with GE Money Bank, occupying several senior management roles in several European nations. Prior to joining Home Credit, he worked as CFO and Board Member with DIRECT Pojistovna and AKCEZ Enerji Yatırımları companies, both businesses being part of the RSA and ČEZ Group respectively. At Home Credit, he served as Finance & Legal Director before progressing to General Manager and then ultimately appointed as CEO.
