Roman Melkumov

Roman Melkumov is a Co-Owner of the Bluocean marketing agency, based in California, Ukraine, known for protectively managing brands in the digital realm and excelling in marketing strategy with a keen eye for utilizing modern digital tools.

Roman was honored as the #23 Young Entrepreneur of the year in 2018 by MC Today, a recognition that solidifies his expertise and success in the entrepreneurial world.

He pursued his higher education at prestigious institutions, achieving outstanding grades, with a focus on Branding and Marketing Strategy at The Wharton School, and Marketing and Radio engineering at the National Technical University of Ukraine, Kyiv Polytechnic Institute.

Apart from his role at Bluocean, Roman has held significant positions in other organizations, including being a key figure as the Co-Founder of Bluocean, and previously contributing as the Manager of Business Development at kosmel and the Manager of M&A and Business Development at RW Impex.
