Roman Ignatov is a skilled professional with over 15 years of experience in web development and a passion for programming and building complex systems. For the past 8 years, he has excelled as a hands-on Chief Technology Officer (CTO) with a diverse background across various roles within the technology industry.

In his journey to becoming a CTO, Roman started as a junior web developer, progressed to middle and senior roles, then transitioned into a Team Lead position in different organizations. He has a rich history of working in professional service teams, including at Magento (Ebay), where he served as a Technical Account Manager and later as a freelance Magento architect-consultant.

As a CTO, Roman's responsibilities have been extensive, including building development teams from the ground up, managing hybrid teams with in-office and remote staff, staying abreast of cutting-edge technologies, refining development processes like agile methodologies and code reviews, and aligning business requirements with development tasks.
