Roman Garaj

Roman Garaj is a seasoned business development professional with extensive experience in various sales leadership roles across different industries. He currently serves as the managing director and founder of Selleriz, a business development consulting firm. Prior to this, Roman worked as the business development manager for Xolution Europe, where he was responsible for developing sales strategies and identifying new business opportunities.

Before joining Xolution, Roman was a sales training lead and senior sales executive for Lyreco Central Europe, where he developed and delivered training programs for sales teams in Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Austria, and Hungary. In addition, he also worked as a sales consultant and trainer as a freelancer, helping businesses improve their sales processes and drive revenue growth.

Roman’s diverse background also includes experience in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry, where he worked as a sales representative for Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company. Throughout his career, Roman has demonstrated a deep understanding of sales best practices, as well as a talent for developing effective sales strategies that deliver results.
