Roman Dusenko

Roman Dusenko is a seasoned professional in the field of commercial banking with over 20 years of experience on emerging markets. Throughout his career, he has held various roles ranging from banking clerk to top manager, such as CEO and Board of Directors member at regional bank Kubanbank based in southern Russia. He has participated in various banking M&A projects, including the Rosbank acquisition of OVK banking group and the OTP finance group acquisition of Investsberbank.

During his time at Kubanbank, he played a pivotal role in finding a regional bank with a banking license, preparing the acquisition deal structure, and leading the bank's day-to-day operations. His expertise includes the ability to develop and execute organizational strategies, open new business opportunities, create both off- and on-line sales channels, develop and operate branch networks, manage administrative and bank staff, deal structuring, M&A, and due diligence.

As a graduate of Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO, where he studied EMBA, Strategy & Leadership, he has developed strong leadership skills and an entrepreneurial spirit that enables him to challenge and lead the organization effectively.

Currently, he serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors at PAO Strakhovaya Gruppa "HOSKA" and has previously held positions such as the CEO at Commercial Bank Chemeximbank Ltd., Advisor to CEO at M2M Private Bank, Member of Management Board at Carcade Leasing, CEO, and Member of Board of Directors at Kubanbank.
