Prior to his current role, Romain's professional journey included a stint at Boston Consulting Group, where he partnered with healthcare entities, providers, payers, and governments to tackle healthcare hurdles across the spectrum. This engagement spanned from enhancing operational efficacy and the strategic layout of manufacturing assets to experimenting with and scaling up innovative commercial paradigms, overhauling organizational frameworks, and establishing multifaceted partnerships, with a focus on Oncology and broader healthcare concerns.
Before his time at BCG, Romain accrued valuable experience in market access, pricing, marketing, and sales consultancy with Simon Kucher & Partners and ZS. With a background as a trained pharmacist, encompassing clinical practice in Oncology in France and Italy, Romain pursued his education at ESCP Europe, where he obtained a Master's degree, in addition to enriching his expertise through Executive Education programs at INSEAD.
Romain's educational foundation includes Executive Education in Negotiation Dynamics from INSEAD, an MBA specializing in finance from ESCP Business School, and a Pharm.D. in Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences from Université de Bourgogne.
