Currently serving as the CIO & Co-Founder of Hyro, Rom has demonstrated his exemplary leadership skills and entrepreneurial spirit.

Prior to his role at Hyro, he gained valuable experience as a Graduate Student at Cornell Tech, where he honed his expertise in cutting-edge technologies.

His tenure as a Software Engineer at Turbonomic provided him with hands-on experience in developing software solutions and tackling complex technical challenges.

Rom Cohen also served as a Software Engineer Intern at Turbonomic, further expanding his knowledge and skills in the software development domain.

Before delving into the tech industry, Rom held a significant role as the GES Program Manager at the Foreign Trade Administration - Ministry of Economy and Industry in Israel, demonstrating his versatility and ability to excel in various professional settings.

His early career was marked by his service as a Squad Commander and Flight Instructor in the Israel Defense Forces, highlighting his leadership capabilities and commitment to service.
