Rolf Skatteboe

Rolf Skatteboe is the President and CEO of Kongsberg Satellite Services AS (KSAT), a commercial Norwegian company that provides ground station and earth observation services primarily for polar orbiting satellites.1 He has held this position since KSAT's establishment in 2002, making him one of the company's founders.2
