Roland Rinderer

Roland Rinderer is a seasoned professional with a strong background in management, engineering, and project leadership.

He holds a Master of Advanced Studies in Unternehmensführung from PHW Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft, as well as a degree in Elektrotechniker HF specializing in Technische Informatik from IBZ Schulen für Technik Informatik Wirtschaft Brugg.

Roland has held several key positions in reputable organizations, including Resilux where he serves as the Operation Manager. Prior to this role, he was the Plant Manager at Resilux Schweiz AG and also held the position of Leiter Technik at the same organization.

Before joining Resilux, Roland gained valuable experience at Tridonic AG where he served as the Project Portfolio Manager DIM/FO, Head of Project Management, and Teamleiter Production Engineering at Tridonicatco Schweiz AG.

His extensive experience in operational management, technical leadership, and project portfolio management makes him a proficient and skilled professional in the industry.
