His educational background includes studying Entrepreneurship at the University of California, Berkeley through the SkyDeck Accelerator program. Roland pursued his Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Corporate Strategy at the Paul Merage School of Business, University of California, Irvine. Additionally, he holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Adult and Continuing Education and Teaching from Helmut-Schmidt-Universität/Universität der Bundeswehr Hamburg, where he also completed his Bachelor of Arts (BA) in the same field. Further enriching his academic pursuits, Roland engaged in Abroad Studies in Business Administration and Management at The Citadel.

Leveraging his expertise in PR strategy and communications, he contributed significantly as a PR Strategy Consultant at the German Parliament, Chief Communications Officer at United Nations Peacekeeping, and Chief Public Relations Officer at the Bundeswehr. His leadership skills were also evident during his tenure as a Deputy Company Commander and Officer at the Bundeswehr. Moreover, Roland gained valuable experience through summer internships at the Seattle Police Department and Improsur Ltda.
