Roland Jones

Roland Jones is the Founder of the National Black McDonald's Operators Association, a self-help business organization dedicated to fostering collaboration and maximizing the effectiveness of the McDonald's Business System among African American owners and operators. He served as the President of the association, where he spearheaded a sales and profits building program, enhanced the McDonald's brand presence in African American communities, and led a minority supplier development initiative. Roland also acted as a media spokesperson for the organization.
