With a background as the SVP of Finance and Biz Dev at Zenoti, a high-growth vertical SaaS company in the Beauty & Wellness market, Rohit is deeply passionate about Software/SaaS businesses and the growth potential of Indian SaaS companies globally.

Having amassed 12 years of diverse investment banking experience across countries like the USA, India, Singapore, and Israel, Rohit has worked with a wide range of companies from early-stage startups to established, profit-making ventures.

Rohit has played a pivotal role in guiding clients through various Mergers & Acquisitions processes, along with providing strategic and tactical advice on areas such as fundraising, go-to-market strategies, business performance analysis, and personnel-related matters, with an impressive aggregate deal value of transactions exceeding $30 billion.

Prior to his role at Zenoti, Rohit held key positions at renowned institutions like Avendus Capital, UBS, and Credit Suisse, focusing on Technology Investment Banking, where he significantly contributed to the software franchise's success.

Apart from his professional endeavors, Rohit enjoys learning new skills like writing and squash, cherishes time with his family, appreciates beach outings, and finds solace in reading.
