Rohan Kemp

Head of Onshoring Strategy and Theme Development, Vaccines Taskforce at Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS)

Rohan Kemp is a highly qualified individual with a PGCE in Education and a Masters Pass in Education from the University of Nottingham. He also holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Biochemistry and Biological Chemistry with a 2:2 classification from the same institution.

Rohan Kemp has held various key positions in prestigious organizations. He served as the Head of Onshoring Strategy and Theme Development at the Vaccines Taskforce within the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS). Previously, he was a Trustee at The Josh Carrick Foundation and held leadership roles at BEIS including Head of Bioeconomy, Assistant Director, and Policy Advisor on Stakeholder Engagement.

Prior to his roles at BEIS, Rohan Kemp contributed to the education sector as a KS3 Coordinator in Science and a Science Teacher at Hampstead School.

With his extensive educational background and diverse professional experience, Rohan Kemp brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the fields of education, bioeconomy, stakeholder engagement, and strategic development.
