Rohan Bhansali

Rohan Bhansali is renowned as the Co-Founder of Gozoop, India's leading independent creative digital agency, with a strong presence in Mumbai, Delhi, Lucknow, and Dubai. Transitioning from an investment banking role at JPMorgan, Rohan ventured into the digital realm by establishing Raastudios in 2008, which was later acquired by Gozoop in October 2010.

Under Rohan's adept leadership, Gozoop expanded globally within merely three years, establishing offices in Dubai, Singapore, and New York. The company also completed significant acquisitions like Red Digital in July 2013 and iThink Infotech in July 2014. Presently, Gozoop serves a diverse range of clients, including renowned names like Dell, Asian Paints, Mashreq Bank, Viacom, Pidilite, and Mahindra LifeSpaces.

One of Rohan's key strengths lies in his focus on fostering a positive work environment at Gozoop, a factor that led the company to become the youngest organization featured on India's prestigious 'Best Companies To Work For' list, as recognized by the Great Place To Work Institute and Economic Times.

Apart from his successful business endeavors, Rohan Bhansali is also the driving force behind the 1SmallStep Foundation, a charitable organization that encourages individuals to spread kindness through small acts of goodwill. His dedication and accomplishments were acknowledged when he was included in the Forbes Great People Managers List 2019.
