Rogerio Passos is the current Diretor-Presidente (CEO) da OperAção Consultoria e Treinamento em Mercado de Capitais, bringing a wealth of experience in the field.

With a background in Engenharia Eletrônica from ITA (1993), Rogerio furthered his education by completing a Pós-Graduação in Administração e Marketing at ESPM (1997) and earning MBAs in Gestão Empresarial (2000) and Finanças Empresariais (2001) from FGV.

His professional journey spans over 14 years with roles in renowned multinational companies such as CelPlan, Motorola, Lucent-FITEC, and Daitan Labs, where he held various managerial and executive positions.

Rogerio Passos has a broad international exposure, having worked in the USA, South America, Europe, and Asia.
