Rogério Domingues has over 20 years of experience in financial planning and controllership, with a strong focus on driving business growth.

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Accounting, with an active CPA/CRC certification. Additionally, he has an MBA in Finance, Controllership, and Audit from FGV.

Rogério's expertise includes financial planning encompassing both statutory and managerial statements projections, M&A processes including pre-deal, valuation, and due diligence, management support through dashboard creation and KPI reporting, and investor relations activities.

He has extensive experience in working with private equity and family offices, preparing presentations for board meetings, and handling confidential financial and operational data.

Rogério's skill set also includes knowledge in various financial concepts such as NPV, IRR, payback, WACC, internal controls, SOx compliance, and proficiency in tools like Excel, PowerPoint, SAP (BW, BPS/BPC, FI, CO), ERP systems (SAP R/3, Datasul, Microsiga Protheus, Microsoft Dynamics AX).

Apart from his professional career, Rogério has also worked as an MBA and post-college professor, showcasing a passion for sharing his knowledge and experience in the field of finance and business.

Currently, he serves as the CFO at Alpargatas SAIC and is actively involved in board activities of companies held by Sforza.
